Petitons for 10/23/05

It's Domestic Violence Awareness Month, as well as Respect Life Month, so I wanted to make sure that both of those were represented. Also, if you want to put this week's references to the earthquakes in the Middle East and the mudslides in Guatemala in the petitions for 10/16 as well, with slight variations, go for it. We should probably mention them!

*****Before you copy and paste the petitions, please try to CLICK HERE - I uploaded the file to my Wisc account, and I think that having the file is easier than copying and reformatting things, right? Let me know if this helps you!*****

Feel free to leave me a comment on how I'm doing! Also, James, have you heard anything about the Peace and Social Justice Group? It's kind of late now, but even if I just have the information for next semester, that'd be good. Thanks!

Petitions for 10/16/05

At some point, I'm going to try and see if I can upload word documents to the Internet. If I can do that, then I'll post the link here - I think it might be easier for you guys for formatting purposes. But at the moment, there are midterms and papers to contend with, :/

I was going to insert a prayer for the meeting that's going to happen next week Tuesday between Ariel Sharon and Abbas, and pray that it results in more peaceful actions. But then I realized that when these petitions are in mass, that will have already happened! James, would you be able to stick one in for this Sunday's mass?

That said, I hope these are okay. I found this week's readings more to be difficult to work with. Please comment and let me know if the blog is working out!
