Our Response is Risen Lord, Listen to Our Prayer

For the Church: that the Spirit of God will heal the wounds and misunderstandings in the Body of Christ and lead us to a greater unity of mind and action as we confront evil, and work to ease human suffering, we pray to the Lord:

For peace: that Good will inspire world leaders with new ways to correct injustice, establish peace, and promote the good of the human family, we pray to the Lord:

For the wisdom to care for the earth: that God will give us insight and courage as we seek to preserve God's gifts of water, land, and climate for the good of the children who will come after us, we pray to the Lord:

For a new spirit in our personal interactions: that we may speak with reverence and gentleness to one another, recognizing that we are sisters and brothers in Christ , we pray to the Lord:

For the members and friends of St. Paul’s: that we may find hope, and remain always confident in God's love toward us despite hardship and ill-spoken words against us, we pray to the Lord:
