Our Response is Risen Lord, Listen to Our Prayer

For the Church: that we may grow in our awareness and recognition of Christ, who is ever present with us, and at work in our lives, we pray to the Lord:

For Pope Benedict’s journey to the United States: that God will inspire his words and open hearts to his message, we pray to the Lord:
Risen Lord, Listen to Our Prayer

For all who are on a journey: for missionaries, for refugees, for refugees, for members of the military, and for aid workers: that they may know God’s presence with them, and travel safely to their destinations, we pray to the Lord:
Risen Lord, Listen to Our Prayer

For all who are struggling with belief, and for those who have left the Christian community: that they may discover God’s presence in new and surprising places, and be renewed in faith and hope, we pray to the Lord:
Risen Lord, Listen to Our Prayer

For a deeper appreciation of the gift of the Eucharist: that we may be strengthened each week as we celebrate God’s love in the liturgy, and come to recognize Jesus more readily in our lives, we pray to the Lord:
Risen Lord, Listen to Our Prayer

For the members and friends of St. Paul’s: that we will grow in our love of God, and announce the Good News with conviction and courage, we pray to the Lord:
