For the Church: that we may show others that they are children of God because of his merciful love, and in doing so offer hope to those struggling with fear and doubt, we pray to the Lord:

For leaders of nations: that the Holy Spirit will guide their efforts in finding peaceful and lasting resolutions to the nuclear challenges they face, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For growth in faith: that we may be able to explore the questions of our hearts and minds, and in doing so, discover deeper insights God and his plan for us, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For all who are questioning their faith: that the witness of the scriptures will lead them to a deeper understanding of God’s presence in their lives, as well as his willingness to lay down his life for his sheep, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For the members and friends of St. Paul’s: that we will have the insight to see Christ in the wounds of those around us,
and have the grace be instruments of healing to relieve their suffering, we pray to the Lord:

For all those who are afflicted by violence, financial burdens, or war: that God will hear their call and have pity on them, we pray to the Lord:

For a rebirth of the human community: that death, racism, poverty, and disease may be conquered by Christ’s triumph over the grave, we pray to the Lord:
