Our Response is Lord, Hear Our Prayer

For the Church: that we may clearly make known God’s presence in our midst and offer new hope for all who are burdened by life, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear Our Prayer

For the transformation of society: that leaders may recognize the root causes of evil, of poverty, of racism, and of abuse so that new and constructive efforts may be made toward a just and life-giving society, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear Our Prayer

For all who suffer from the cold and wintry weather: that God will warm their hearts and help them to find resources for their needs, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear Our Prayer

For students as they complete the semester: that God will give them clarity of mind and thought as they express their knowledge and insights on upcoming examinations, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear Our Prayer

For the members and friends of St. Paul’s: that the Spirit of Wisdom and Understanding, of Counsel and Strength, and of Knowledge and Reverence will transform us more and more into children of the light, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear Our Prayer

For the silent prayers of our hearts and for any special prayers you wish to mention now…
