Our Response is Come Emmanuel, Hear our Prayer

For the Church: that we will continue to prepare the way of the Lord by caring for those who have been marginalized by society, we pray to the Lord:
Come Emmanuel, Hear our Prayer

For all nations of the world: that we may all be able to sheath our blades and put aside our grudges, and work instead to live in peace, we pray to the Lord:
Come Emmanuel, Hear our Prayer

For those who are mourning, or are otherwise experiencing misery: that they will take comfort in the knowledge that their tears will be replaced with rejoicing when they see the salvation of God, we pray to the Lord:
Come Emmanuel, Hear our Prayer

For all people: that we may continue to complete the good work begun inside of us until the Coming of Christ, we pray to the Lord:
Come Emmanuel, Hear our Prayer

For the members and friends of St. Paul’s: that we may straighten our winding roads, and prepare for the coming of Christ by being honest about our sins and confessing them to our God, we pray to the Lord:
Come Emmanuel, Hear our Prayer
