Our Response is Lord, Hear our Prayer

For the Church: that we will be able to follow Jesus by always remembering to give what we can to the poor, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For all nations that have or are currently seeking nuclear arms: that all of their decisions will be guided with temperance, foresight, and a desire for non-violent solutions, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For all who are ill: that the Holy Spirit will restore and raise up all who are ill or recovering from surgery, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For those who have experienced violence in their schools, in their homes, or in their communities: that God will heal those who have been abused or injured, bring comfort to the families of those who have died, and restore hope to the hearts of the victims, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For the members and friends of St. Paul’s: that the spirit of wisdom will come to us when we plead with God, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For the silent prayers of our hearts and for any special prayers you wish to mention now...
