Our Response is Lord, Hear our Prayer

For all of the clergy: that they will continue to lead believers to a deeper trust in God, and a stronger love of others, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For world leaders: that they will be inspired to govern their citizens compassionately, and lead others to work to end poverty, hunger, and discrimination, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For a deepening conversion of the heart: that when we discover our inadequacies and shortcomings, we may also discover the immensity of God’s love for us, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For all those who are filled with sorrow: that they may place their trust and hope in the Lord, whose love is constant, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For the members and friends of St. Paul’s: that we may endeavor to find ways to reach out to people who live in poverty, who live in hunger, who shed tears, and who are discriminated against by others, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For the silent prayers of our hearts and for any special prayers you wish to mention now…
