Our Response is Lord, Hear our Prayer

For the Church: that we may be led by the Spirit to a fuller living of the Gospel and greater freedom of mind and heart, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For the grace of humility: that we may not seek to glorify ourselves but rather offer God glory and honor for all the good that is done, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For all humanity: that we may respect and honor God’s covenant with all living creatures and strive for better protection of the air, land, and water from pollution, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For grace to resist temptation: that we may find strength in God to face and overcome all the temptations to evil that allure us, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For the Elect: that they may reflect upon their lives and allow God more fully into their hearts this Lent, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For the members and friends of St. Paul’s: that we will be able to have faith in Jesus without asking for signs, and to remember always that his foolishness is greater than our wisdom, we pray to the Lord:
Lord, Hear our Prayer

For the silent prayers of our hearts and for any special prayers you wish to mention now…
